There is no constraint on the value of the order.

3.    What are the delivery charges?

Delivery charges vary depending upon your pin code and weight and volume of the product.

5.    How to track the order?

You can track the shipment of your order on the website once it’s shipped, till it’s delivered. A direct link to the courier company’s website will be sent to you via mail for real time tracking.

6.    When will I receive my order (expected delivery time)?

·       As a standard, orders are delivered within 3-5 business days.

·       For remote locations, it may take 7-8 working days for an order to reach the customer.

·       All the products that are in stock are dispatched within 2 business days.

·       Bulk orders have a pre-defined delivery time, specified at time of placing the order.

7.    How to cancel the order?

Orders can be cancelled, only and only, before they are dispatched. To place a cancellation request, please click the cancel button in the Order Details of the order for which you wish to place the request. You can also contact our customer care executives @: 011-40452008, to assist you on the same. Please mention your Order Id and the reason for cancellation.

8.    What if I receive a wrong product?

We take immense care while shipping each of and every order placed with us. If, by mistake, a book is wrongly sent to you, please raise a return request, specifying the reason accordingly, or contact us @: 011-40452008.

9.    What if I receive a physically damaged product?

Each order passes a quality check before it is dispatched. Unfortunately, if you still receive a damaged product, please raise a return request, specifying the reason accordingly, or contact us @: 011-40452008.

We regret that we do not offer internationally but we have pan India delivery. You may place an order from anywhere in the world, to be delivered in India.

14. How is dispatch different from delivery

Dispatch refers to packing the article and shipping it from our warehouse. It means the products are in transit. Delivery refers to when the product has reached the Buyer.

15. Can orders be placed on phone?

No, it is not possible to cancel the order partly.

18. Can the order be modified?

Order may be modified before it is shipped. You may contact us @: orders@AcademicBag.in with the Order Id and your concern. Then, our team will get back to you within 24 hours. No modification is possible after the order is dispatched.

19. What if I need a product not listed on your website?
